With blue and red, this Khandua saree adds freshness and boldness. The aanchal of the saree has an aisle of flowers together. There are an aisle of patterned flowers together on the up and down of aanchal. The middle part of the saree has big and pretty four flowers accompanied with little ones in the corners. The body of the handloom has a dark blue shade . In the blue shade ,there are red lotus motifs with rhombus structured boxes. The borders are of orange shade on the traditional pattern.
Khandua sarees are auspicious and omen to Odia festivals and households. They are offered to the Gods and Goddess of Puri Dham. These handlooms are produced in Manibandha and Nuaptana
