Customization will only be done for prepaid orders.It won’t be applicable for exchange/returns. Make sure to send us the correct measurements of your Bust, Waist, and Hips. We will be designing the pieces entirely according to you. Upcycling an old Handloom Saree or Dupatta, or any special requirements. Let us know!

Return Policy
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to mail us with clear pictures in such a case. However, minor imperfections are a part of handmade products, hence they can not be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
