Return Policy

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to mail us with clear pictures in such a case. However, minor imperfections are a part of handmade products, hence they can not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

For International orders:

• Unfortunately, we don't have exchange facility for international clients.

Agreement for EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) option.

• IndianVillez does not charge its customers any processing/convenience or additional fee for facilitating the zero cost EMI.
• You shall be solely liable for any breach of the terms and conditions which is not only limited to any non-payment of EMI. You further agree that if you fail to make payments in a timely manner in accordance with the terms and conditions there may be additional interests/penalties which may be levied by Indianvillez.
• You pay for your orders in easy monthly installments using any of the below mode of payments.
• Direct Bank Transfer.
• UPI - Google Pay & Phonepe
• Payment link generated by IndianVillez.
• Zero Cost EMI Offer is applicable for Tenure of 2-3 months for minimum cart value of Rs 10,000 and above.
• You need to make a payment of 40% of the order value to avail EMI. Rest 60% will be equally divided as per the tenure availed.
• EMI cycle cannot be extended, however one can close the EMI prior to the defined months by paying off the total outstanding amount.
• Orders will be delivered post completion of the EMI.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once EMI option is availed.
• First installment of the EMI will be started 30 days from the date of order placed.

Interest & Penalties:

• If case of non payment of EMI within 7 days after the due date, 2% interest will be levied on the balance amount.
